Swallows Squad To Visit Children's Hospital
Even though the soccer season has ended, Moroka Swallows staff and players continue to be busy with ongoing social responsibility commitments.  At a time when most clubs are enjoying their off-season, Moroka Swallows are heading to Witbank to participate in the Emalahleni Mayors Cup, being organised by the Sports For Care Foundation.

Club officials and players will be in the Emalahleni Municipality for the weekend of the 31st May/1st June.  The players will spend two days visiting schools, hospitals, old-age homes and correctional service facilities, meeting supporters and spreading positive messages amongst the community.

Amongst other places, the Birds will visit the Witbank Childrens HIV Hospital.  Here players will meet the children and spread the message in our ongoing campaign to help the less fortunate children of our country.

The weekend will culminate with a friendly match against Supersport United on the Sunday, thus allowing those supporters, who seldom get an opportunity to see Premier League football, to watch two of the top teams in the country display their talents.

Once again, this will allow the club to reach out to the people and deliver support to those less fortunate then ourselves.
