PREVIEWS/REPORTS
Swallows juniors take double
Moroka Swallows' Under-13's won the league and cup double for the second successive year.

The has done very well under the astute guidance of coach Peter Tussell, and we are confident that there are some future stars in this team. We wish them luck in the new season. 15 of these players played for the Eastern Gauteng district.

The U-17 team emulated the feat achieved by their younger colleagues of winning the league and cup, showing a big improvement from last season.

Well done to the coaches and managers of these players.

Meanwhile, Swallows have also signed Tsetse Fly Sandile Hadebe from sister club Germiston City Football Cub.

Sandile played for Germiston for 6 years and now joins baby birds.

We at Swallows are sure he will be a big asset to the club. The Tsetse Fly's finished third at the Danone junior World Cup.
