Moroka Swallows coach Gavin Hunt was a pleased man after his charges completed a cleansweep over Ajax Cape Town on Saturday.
The Birds beat the Urban Warriors for the fourth time this season following a 3-1 ABSA Cup victory at the Rand Stadium.
The result saw the defending champions progress to the last 16, but Hunt admits it was tough work as always.
"It's never easy to play against Ajax and winning four times in one season is awesome," he told this website.
"On Saturday we took our chances and I'm happy to say that we were rewarded in the second minute through a goal by Edzayi Kasinayo, who was just back from injury.
"Scoring early takes the pressure away from the players and we managed to win 3-1, but at one point we were under the cosh when they scored to make it 2-1."
Swallows will learn the identity of their opponents in the next round when the draw is made at 13h00 on Monday.
