Minnows Clash For First Time 19/09/03
The minnows of South African football will play each other for the first time, creating a piece of history. Silver Stars will be hoping to get their first win of the season as they travel to King Zweltini Stadium in Durban on Saturday to challenge Zulu Royals in what is expected to be a battle of wits.

Royals Damage
John Maduka, Jackie Ledwaba and Lucky Maselesele will not be starring in Saturdays game.  Gavin Lane, assistant to Joseph Kubeka, spoke to SAsoccer365.com about their in-house damage."We've been hit by injuries to key players, but we've got a huge squad and all of them are hungry for action. So although it may seem like we've been weakened, it's just the opposite," Lane said.

Their head coach was sacked recently but Lane says that they have to move on. "It's not good for anyone in the team, but we're professionals and we've got a job to do come Saturday."

Stars To Make Amends
Owen Da Gama spoke to SAsoccer365.com about their chances tomorrow. "I won't make a prediction but we're prepared and going for the best result. The games we've played and lost were unfortunate because the team controls the play and runs hard at the opposition and the results are not always fair, but that's football for you."

Turning Point
Both newcomers to the Castle Premiership are looking for that elusive win. Da Gama is not underestimating Royals and Lane's charges will be looking to attack from the whistle. "Maybe this is a good time for us to play them as I've heard of the coach leaving, so hopefully they're unstable." Da Gama concluded.

Probable line-ups:
Royals:Itoua, Bwalya, Koebu, Tshabalala, Goldstone, Nxele, Gaosnubelwe, Arries Malatsi, Mhlangu,Mathebula,

Stars: Diale, Mabuya, Ntwagae, Khaile, Chauke, Williams, Kgatla, Mkhize, Ngobeni, Masanabo, Moriri

Players To Watch:
Royals: Since Jackie Ledwaba, Lucky Maselesele and John Maduka are out it leaves us with Thabiso Malatsi. The young former Chiefs prodigy is yet to start and could set the scene alight with his dazzling skills.

Stars: Surprise Moriri has been somewhat of a surprise to the football scene. Highly rated by both coaches he could be the key man for Stars, and after last weeks tongue lashing the Stars players received from Da Gama they are sure to go out for a convincing win.

Match Officials:
Referee: Jonas Nhlapo
Assistants: Fanie Mashinini and Happy Radebe
Fourth Official: Michael Ngcobo
