Tough Draw For Birds In Coca Cola Cup 22/09/03
The draw for this season's Coca Cola Cup has just taken place in Johannesburg and Moroka Swallows have been handed a tricky first round fixture against the Pretoria outfit, Sundowns.

Swallows have had a good start to their season- they narrowly missed out on winning the SAA Supa 8 Cup when they went down 3-2 to Jomo Cosmos yesterday, while they are lying in fifth position on the Castle Premiership log and have a game in hand on a number of teams above them.

Sundowns, on the other hand, are struggling to mould their new-look team together, and are currently languishing in 14th place on the log.

However, the Brazilians remain a talented bunch of players and if coach Oscar Fullone can get them to gel as a team, then the Birds will certainly have their work cut out for them as they continue in their quest to once again bring silverware  to club's trophy cabinet.

Defending champions Jomo Cosmos, who beat Chiefs 1-0 in last year's final, face a relatively easy task when they travel to Cape Town to face a struggling Hellenic.

The full list of fixtures follow below (home teams listed first)

Manning Rangers v Orlando Pirates
Silver Stars v SuperSport United
Black Leopards v Wits University
Moroka Swallows v Sundowns
