Weary Birds Face Strugglers 25/09/03
High-flying Moroka Swallows, currently second in the Castle Premiership, host struggling Dynamos at the Rand Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Dube Birds were beaten in the final of the SAA Supa 8 by Jomo Cosmos last weekend, but bounced back from that disappointment to beat Manning Rangers in Chatsworth on Wednesday.

The side showed tremendous character in that game, having gone a goal down early on, they may have let their heads drop after the disaapointment of a few days earlier, but to their credit they came back to claim a 2-1 win.

Tiring Flight
Coach Gavin Hunt is worried about the amount of travelling his team has had to do of late, having spent a week on the road, they have only just arrived back in Johannesburg.

"We are playing three games in six days, it is taxing on the players to travel like this and we just come from the SAA Supa 8 defeat which went into extra time. So the guys are feeling a bit tired," he told SASoccer365.com.

Bouncing Back
Whether Dynamos will be able to take advantage of Swallows weariness remians to be seen. Having failed to win a game in the league so far this season, coach Jacob Sakala will be pushing his charges to run hard at the busy Birds.

No Easy Games
Hunt is pleased with the progress the side have made this season despite that cup loss.

"I was disappointed at not winning the cup, but both teams played well and it was good for football. Last night (against Manning Rangers) we did not play that well but we came back to win after being down 1-0 in 10 minutes.

"I'm pleased with that. And with Dynamos on Saturday, well they need a win desperately but we can't afford a lose, so it's another tough match."

Probable line ups:
Etafia, McNab, Lewis, Hummel, Petersen, Kasinauyo, Ngobeni, Sebona, Jordan, Lota, Mazibuko

Dynamos: Diale, Mabuya, Khaile, Ntwagae, Kgatla, Nkosi, Motloung, Chauke, Williams, Lebese, Masanabo

Players To Watch:
George Hummel is as good in defence as he is in attack. The Namibian international has the ability to link up with his midfield and is a threat in set pieces. He scored in the final against Cosmos.

Dynamos: Dingaan Masanabo has had a good start to the season and should be a threat to Mcnab and co who will be playing in their third game in six days. Will he be able to take advantage of this experienced central defender.
