Tico-Tico's PSL Dream Team 30/12/03

Manuel 'Tico-Tico' Bucuane selected his PSL Dream Team with great difficulty as he wanted to include all Ezenkosi team mates. SAsoccer365.com had to curb the Mozambican but he still came up with a superb 'Tico-Tico All Star XI.'

"You know I'd put in my whole team but since you  don't want me to I've come up with another team to beat everyone else, except Cosmos of course," he said candidly.

GOALKEEPER: Moeneeb Josephs
Excellent reader of the game. Can come off his line quickly and intercept passes quickly.

The youngster has come of age very quickly in this position and his confidence matches his composure when facing speedy wingers.

CENTREBACK: Neil Winstanley
He has the height, the legs and the intelligence to be the best defender in South Africa.

Another tall guy who is athletic and would just tower over strikers as he'd be my man-marker.

LEFTBACK: Brett Evans
He is in a class of his own. he can deliver good passes from the defensive zones and also links up good in attack.

RIGHT MIDFIELD: Joseph Makhanya
Duku-Duku. Brilliant winger, speedy, can dribble and is not intimidated by anyone.

DEFENSIVE MIDFIELD: Tinashe Nengomashe
Really does well in the Chiefs heart to stop attacks and is a hard, fair player. You have to have this type of ball winner in your team.

Very good distributor of the ball. He's got the skills too and can fall back when needed to defend.

I think Jabu is coming of age and uses his trickery to great advantage. He will provide those killer passes.

STRIKER: Patrick Mayo
He'll be the target man. He keeps the ball up really well and has a good technique about him.

STRIKER: Mabhuti Kanyeza
He can feed off Mayo and we'll need someone quick up front to latch onto the balls coming through.

COACH: Jomo Sono
Now who would not want to play for Bra j. He'll get this team clicking in no time.

What do you think of Tico-Tico's Dream Team? Who would you select in your Dream Team?
