Sundowns and Dynamos are two teams that have very different set ups - the one is well funded and has all the players that money can buy. The other is just an average team, with players who do not take home big pay cheques
But the two clubs two things in common - they are both struggling in the Premiership and they have the same number of points (17), although Sundowns have played two games less than Dynamos.
When the two meet in Pretoria on Sunday in a league match, it will basically be a relegation dog-fight, something which the once proud Brazilians can surely never have contemplated, especially after the boost the club received with new owner Patrice Motsepe's injection of cash.
With top players like Hareaipha Marumo, Godfrey Sapula, Manqoba Ngwenya and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Andre Arendse, Sundowns should at least be in the top eight bracket, but they have been having a highly unpredictable campaign.
Dynamos on the other hand received a timely boost of confidence when they downed high-flying Moroka Swallows in their last match and Steve Komphela will be hoping his charges can produce more of the same against their more fancied opponents on Sunday.
