Absa Cup Semi-Final Draw Announced 26/04/04
An all Cape final is on the cards after the semi-final draw for the second edition of the Absa Cup was conducted at Thibault Square, Cape Town on Monday afternoon.

Three coastal teams made the last four stage while only one Gauteng team made it to this stage.

Winners of the inaugural Absa Cup, Santos, will play SAA Supa8 losing finalists Moroka Swallows in Johannesburg at a venue and date yet to be disclosed.

Last year's runner-up and fellow Cape Town glamour club, Ajax Cape Town, will travel to Durban to face the 1996 Castle Premiership champions Manning Rangers.

A repeat of last year's final at Athlone Stadium is possible if the Cape teams are succesful in their penultimate games for the Absa Cup.

The proposed dates for the matches are May 8 and 9
