Moroka Swallows have three players out with injury at the moment, however, coach Gavin Hunt will not be too concerned as none of the three face long absences from the team.
The three players are midfielder Albert Kometsi, goalkeeper Greg Etafia and newly signed striker Cecil Oerson.
Kometsi, the former Hellenic playmaker, received a knock to the left ankle and is walking with a limp at present. He will miss the opening of the new season (Swallows kick off their league campaign against Ajax on August 8) as he will only return to training on August 9.
Etafia was injured on Thursday 15th July 2004 during a practice game. He sustained sprains of the elbow joint ligaments. The elbow was severely (now moderately) swollen and the big Nigerian shot stopper will only return to training on July 27.
Oerson, the former Bloemfontein Celtic top goal scorer, has an Achilles Tendon tear and is to resume light training on August 2.
