The player, whose name is Bankole Adegbite, is currently finishing school, and is not contracted to any club at present due to his commitment to finishing his studies.

One of the south African's who spotted him, Royman Wake, is determined to bring the young player back to South Africa to play for the team he passionately supports, Mvela Golden League outfit Maritzburg United.

Wake is so confident that Adegbite will set the Mvela league on fire and help Maritzburg United gain promotion to the Castle Premiership that he has been supporting the player financially and is also willing to cover all costs to bring him on trial to South Africa.

Wake says that he has also persuaded the player not to sign a contract with his previous clubs in light of the recent registration problems surrounding African players in South Africa.
