This time we will go all the way - Mazibuko 18/11/04
Goodman Mazibuko, the Moroka Swallows captain is happy with his team's preparation for the Coca Cola Cup clash against Black Leopards tonight, and is confident his side can go on to win the trophy.

The Beautiful Birds are looking to go one step further in this Cup than last season when they lost in the final against Jomo Cosmos, and for that big step to be taken, they have to eliminate Lidoda Duhva.

"We have been in Venda since Tuesday so that we get used to this hot weather and I think that has helped us a lot because our training has been going very well," said 'the ever-hard-working' Mazibuko.

The hard tackling captain said the spirit was high in their camp and said that coach Gavin Hunt, who is a former Black Leopards manager, had done his home work and what is only left is for the players to do their part.

"The coach brought the team down here earlier than when we normally come to Limpopo when we have a fixture in this province, because he knows this area well and than can show any one how serious we are taking this game.

All the players know that it is not going to be an easy game, firstly we are playing away from home, secondly, the weather here is very hot and lastly it is a Cup game and Cup matches are always tough," claimed Mazibuko

Mazibuko said that Swallows want the Coca Cola Cup more than before because they lost in the final of the same Cup last season.

"This time around we are going to take a further step in this competition than the last time around, and if we are going to take that big step, we have to start by eliminating Leopards in their own back yard," the anchor man of the Birds concluded..
