Bafana Bafana international Delron Buckley's outstanding form in the German Bundesliga has attracted the attention of English Premiership giants Manchester United and Liverpool, amoung other European clubs.
The Durban-born winger, who has been playing as a striker for Arminia Bielefeld, has been on fire this season, netting 14 goals for his club in the Bundesliga.
Last month he netted a brace against Bayern Munich, which has really made the big clubs sit up and pay attention.
The Red Devils and the Reds, as Liverpool are known, sent scouts to watch Buckley play in a German Cup win over Hansa Rostock in midweek.
The player is believed to have a buy-out clause of just 500 000 Euros, which makes him a very enticing target for Europe's big clubs.
Teams from Holland and Spain are also said to be interested in acquiring the 27-year-old's services, while German side VfB Stuttgart have confirmed their interest in signing Buckley, together with his German international team-mate, Patrick Owomoyela.
Buckley has certainly transformed his career - he spent a large portion of last season warming the bench at Bochum after failing to sort out his differences with the club.
