Fortune Return For Bafana 17/04/03
Shakes Mashaba has named his Bafana Bafana squad for the international friendly against Jamaica at the Athlone Stadium in Cape Town on April 30, with a number of overseas stars coming back into the reckoning.

While the likes of Aaron Mokoena and Steven Pienaar are rested, there is a return for Quinton Fortune, Macbeth Sibiya and Bradley Carnell.

There are also a number of uncapped players in the squad, namely midfielders Joel Seroba (Dynamos), Lucas Sebona (Moroka Swallows) and Benson Mhlongo (Wits University), as well as defender Mandla Zwane (Supersport United).

It is a largely experimental squad with an inexperienced frontline. Orlando Pirates Lesley Manyathela is the most capped forward and is sure to start after scoring his maiden international goal against Madagascar last month.

Full Squad:

Brian Baloyi (Kaizer Chiefs), Emille Baron (Lillestrom SK), Moeneeb Josephs (Ajax Cape Town).

Mbulelo Mabizela (Orlando Pirates), Bradley Carnell (VfB Stuttgart), Lucky Lekgwathi (Orlando Pirates), Thabang Molefe (Jomo Cosmos), Tony Coyle (Wits University), Mandla Zwane (Supersport United).

Stanton Fredericks (Kaizer Chiefs), Macbeth Sibaya (Rubin Kazan), Teboho Mokoena (Jomo Cosmos), Quinton Fortune (Manchester United), Lucas Sebona (Moroka Swallows), Joel Seroba (Dynamos), Sibusiso Zuma (FC Copenhagen), Benson Mhlongo (Wits University).

Lesley Manyathela (Orlando Pirates), Nkosinathi Nhleko (SK Brann), Mabhuti Khanyeza (Golden Arrows), Lebohang Kukame (Supersport United).
