Leopards Look Sure To Stay Up 04/05/03
Black Leopards continued their amazing run of late with a 2-1 win over Dynamos at Giyani on Sunday.

Leopards looked dead certainties for relegation a couple of months ago, but under new coach Walter Rautmann have strung together a run of results which has all but secured them top-flight football for next season.

Mulonde Sikhwivhilu was the hero for Leopards on Sunday, with his goal in either half securing the win.

He gave the visitors the lead as early as the third minute, but Dynamos hit back 18 minutes later through Andries Sebola.

Leopards came out after the break and really piled on the pressure, but Danny Phama in the home goal stood up to the challenge.

However, there was nothing he could do when Sikhwivhilu slipped in to score the winner 12 minutes before the end.

The win moves them up to 33 points, six clear of Bush Bucks in the final relegation spot.

For Dynamos its another loss in a season that promised so much. They remain stuck in seventh position and are now in danger of being overhauled by the likes of Santos and Sundowns for a Top Eight spot.
