Permall In Injury Scare 02/08/03
Moroka Swallows striker Shaun Permall has once again aggravated the ankle injury that caused him so many problems during his time at Kaizer Chiefs.

Permall, who has recently signed a two year contract with Swallows, picked up the knock in a training game and was immediately taken to a top Johannesburg doctor for a MRI scan.

Fortunately for the former Ajax Cape Town player the injury does not seem to be too serious and he is expected to be back in time for the Birds' second Premier Soccer league fixture against Supersport United on September 10.
