Back from the mountains of Lesotho 28/07/04
Swallows have arrived back from their pre-season camp in Lesotho, which started on the 19th July 2004.

The team was housed in the countrys Football Association Centre (LEFA) known as Bambatha Sports Arena and trained at different sports grounds and mountains.

The Birds were also involved in two friendly matches on Wednesday the 20th against DIOD which we won by 6-1 and on Friday we beat the Top 4 cup champions LPS by 1 goal to nil.

As part of our social responsibility programs we were supposed to participate in a fund raising tournament on the 25/07/2004 organised by PSL an organisation which specialises in the distribution of Condoms and spreading messages of awareness against HIV & AIDS.

The tournament failed to take place due to the unfortunate circumstances, nevertheless we still visited the countys Top hospital - Queen Elizabeth the 2nd, where we distributed toys to all the hospitalised children.
