Hunt expects tough match 24/09/04
Moroka Swallows coach Gavin Hunt is hoping his side can bring Orlando Pirates back down to earth they square up to each other at the Rand Stadium on Sunday.

Pirates are currently on a high following their 6-0 demolition of Ajax Cape Town on Wednesday night and Hunt knows his boys will have to be at their best to stop the rampant Buccaneers.

"Pirates are playing very well at the moment, but we have not been bad either," said Hunt.

"The players are still emotional following our exit from the cup competition, but they will be ready come Sunday.

However, the Birds will be without Mohammed Ouseb and Warren Lewis, but their coach is not too concerned and is confident his side can cause an upset.

Hunt conceded that he has given his squad two days off ahead of their third match in eight days, as the players were showing signs of fatigue earlier in the week.

He added that they are expecting a tough match on Sunday, but is hoping his boys will come good.

"As long as we keep our shape and formation, we will do well against the Buccaneers. It is going to be a tough match, but we cannot afford to give them the freedom they enjoyed against Ajax," he said.
