New PSL boss visits the 'Birds' nest

New Premier Soccer League (PSL) CEO Kjetil Siem paid a visit to the Moroka Swallows offices in Parktown, Johannesburg, on Tuesday.

The purpose of the visit was to see the infrastructure at the club and introduce himself to the 'Birds' management and staff.

"I wanted to outline my vision and my plans to Moroka Swallows," Siem told the official Swallows website.

"Part of my vision is to get the PSL recognised as the best Fair Play league in the world. Fair Play does not end on the field of play."

Swallows CEO Leon Prins welcomed Siem to the 'Beautiful Birds' nest and reiterated the club's support to the new PSL boss.

"We fully support Kjetil Siem's vision and will give him our unconditional support, as we have done in the past," said Prins on

"In the past seven years, no player has taken Moroka Swallows to the PSL with a contractual dispute. If a player has a dispute with his club, it does not reflect negatively on that club only, but the league as a whole," added Prins.

Bevan is staying in the nest! Your views?

Great news - we can continue to build around him!
Wonderful, but there is too much pressure on him.
It doesn't matter, as I was already resigned to losing him...
