Preview - Golden Arrows v Ajax CT

Underfire Golden Arrows coach Khabo Zondo will still be in charge of the KwaZulu-based side when they take on Ajax Cape Town in a Castle Premiership match at Chatsworth Stadium on Wednesday afternoon (kick-off 3.45pm).

Speculation was rife about Zondo's future at 'Abafana Bes'thende', following his absence from the bench when Arrows suffered a 3-1 loss to Silver Stars a fortnight ago, but Arrows PRO Zwelethu Mzolo confirmed this week that Zondo was still the team's coach.

"Zondo is our coach - but for further comment you can speak to Manto [Madlala, club co-Director] and she would give you relevant answers," Mzolo told The Sowetan.

Meanwhile, Ajax Cape Town will be hoping for a change of fortunes when they visit Arrows on Wednesday following their 0-1 loss to the bottom-of-the-table AmaZulu last week.

Ajax coach Muhsin Ertugral was left fuming after his charges failed to turn their dominant ball possession into goals.

The Turkish-born mentor will be hoping that the same thing does not happen against 'Abafana Bes'thende.

Key players:

Mabhuti Khanyeza - Arrows
Khanyeza seems to have found his goal-scoring form after leading Arrows to a 1-0 victory against Benoni Premier United last Wednesday. Now the striker will be looking to put one over Ajax at home.

Granwald Scott - Ajax
The youngster is on a high after scoring a brace (from the bench) against the visiting Ajax Amsterdam on Sunday and he will be looking to do the same against the struggling Arrows outfit.
