'Bucs' advance to the group stages


Orlando Pirates are through to the group stages of the 2005/06 African Champions League, despite going down 1-3 to Al Hilal of Sudan on Sunday.

The away goal scored by Isaac Chansa means that Pirates advance, following a 2-0 victory at home in the first leg two weeks ago.

The Buccaneers will be joined by seven other teams, including holders Al Ahly, who also advanced to the lucrative stage of the competition.

The teams that are going to the group stages are:

Enyimba (Nigeria)
CS Sfaxien (Tunisia)
