Chamanga back from Norway

Moroka Swallows striker James Chamanga has returned from what he felt were 'successful' trials in Norway last week.

The Zambian international spent five days on trial with Strømsgodset IF.

Chamanga is optimistic of a move in the future, although he would have liked to have had more time with the team.

"At this stage I won't be moving to Norway," Chamanga told "They are looking for a striker with different qualities to mine at the moment, but something could happen at the end of the season."

He continued: "For now I'm just focusing on the league with Swallows, but we will have to see what happens as the season progresses."

The striker is the leading goal-scorer in the Premiership with 10 goals and will be looking to increase his tally on Wednesday when the 'Dube Birds' clash with Santos in Potchefstroom. Kick-off is at 3.30pm.
