Moroka Swallows' Supporters' Club offers more than just a supporters' card; it rewards loyal fans with benefits and incentives, as well as 'iCash', which you earn back on your purchases at participating partner stores.
What does my membership cost?
The annual membership costs R80. All existing members who have paid R30 are encouraged to upgrade their membership by paying in an additional R50 to access the new benefits. Upgraded members will receive a new calendar year membership from the date of upgrade.
Please note: POSTAGE IS EXTRA. For registered post it is an extra R20 and for normal post it is an extra R5 on top of your membership fees.

What is iCash?
iCash is a rewards currency. Each time you present your card at an Incenta partner store, you receive iCash back on your purchase. Your supporters' card allows you to transact just like normal cash on a debit card.

How do you benefit from the Moroka Swallows card?
Once you receive your card, you are automatically covered for accidental death or injury to the value of R5,000. You have access to affordable funeral, financial and insurance policies brought to you by Old Mutual (contact the call centre for more information), access to a stokvel account as well as receive iCash back for every purchase at any Incenta partner store.
How do you earn iCash?
Simply present your card with every purchase at participating partner stores, to receive iCash.
How do you spend your iCash?
Your Moroka Swallows card works just like a debit card and you can pay for any purchases at any Incenta partner store, using your card (provided you have iCash available). Visit morokaswallows.co.za to review the list of retail stores, or contact the Moroka Swallows Supporters Club on 0860 024 737.
For your own protection, your Moroka Swallows card is supplied with a personal identification number (PIN). Every time you purchase with your card, you will need your personal PIN number to complete the transaction.
Please note: Earned iCash will be available to spend after 30 days only.
How do you apply for your Moroka Swallows card?
Simply complete an application form and post it to PO Box 62212, Marshalltown, 2107, or Moroka Swallows head office. You can also fax it to 011 688 5266, or email to email@example.com Application forms are available on Moroka Swallows website, welcome centre and your supporter branches.
How do you check your Moroka Swallows statement?
Access all your information on Moroka Swallows website, by entering your card number and pin, or contact the Moroka Swallows Supporters Club on 0860 024 737.
How do you get your pin number?
We will SMS your pin number to your cell phone. If you don?t have a cell phone, please phone the Moroka Swallows Supporters Club on 0860 024 737 and quote your ID number for your pin.
What if you lose your Moroka Swallows card?
Report the loss by immediately calling the Moroka Swallows Supporters' Club on 0860 024 737. The new card can either be mailed to you or collected at Moroka Swallows Head Office. Your card will be stopped and cannot be used if it is found. You can order your replacement card for R10 (+ postage). Your iCash and personal information will be automatically transferred to your new Moroka Swallows card.
How would you like to receive your club card?
You can choose to collect your card from the welcome centre (club's office), or post via registered post (an additional R20 is charged), or normal post (an additional R5 is charged). Moroka Swallows is not liable for any loss or damage to your club card sent by normal post.
