The management and staff of Moroka Swallows hereby extend our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Shadreck Biemba, who passed away this morning after a bravely fought battle with cancer.
Shadreck joined the Nest in the 2006/2007 season as our Goalkeeper coach doing a sterling job with our goalkeepers. This is one of the most important departments in any team as there can be no place for complacency and no room for error.
The highly skilled former Zambian National soccer team goalkeeper was always on top of his game, knowing what to do and when to do it. Through his work and dedication any of the Birds' goalkeepers are worthy of a place in the goal.
Shadreck was a highly valued member of the Swallows team, who always had a smile and a friendly word for everyone. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace.
